Weeks 6–8

Beta

Pilot with selected friendly Web Club clients. Test UX, data capture, bookings and reporting.

Weeks 9–11

Launch

Publish WebClub.ai pages, run outreach to existing clients and prepare first case studies.

Week 12+

Scale

Add AI SEO Copilot or AI Marketing Studio as the second service and build repeatable packages.

Critical recommendation: do not launch all six services equally. Lead with AI Receptionist, then attach AI SEO and AI Marketing Studio after the first proof points are visible.
